i just see alot of stuff regarding CLA & artifact whines, and i didnt loose any ring on that ml9 raid, i randomed a low number, and no i dont want to start the discussion about the raidleader "deleted" the ring and suddenly he didnt and had 2, thank you for your time.

yes...and if you actually read on every CLA "whine" thread you can see that in all or most of the cases the CLA ppl have offered the person in question credit for the encounter.
Its one thing to charge in on a started encounter...another thing having a group ready for doing an encounter.
CLA is a big guild....we more or less always have enough people for any encounter, so when we arrive on an encounter we can most of the times do the encounter at once. We are reasonable tho, we dont say FO we gonna do this and that...we offer bg for credit and if others already doing the encounter we dont disturb, if someone proves me wrong then take this matter with the person involved in particular and stop try to trashtalk the whole CLA just because this "vendetta"....

Look at it this way:

CLA turn up with enough to do the encounter, your there, they kindly invite you to join AND offer you a chance to roll for the item.

You say you have people incoming, if they wait most likely another arti group will wander by and just pull the mob without considering the players already there.

CLA acted very generously and you threw it back in their faces, what do you expect?
