Oki, i realise that some peple is mroe lucky with repop's on artifact's than other's... but i've been camping gov on alb/excal 2-3 day's now without a pop and i only ned encounter lol, when i needed arti it poppd once or twice a day and i lost lotto ;D

Anyway's... i heard some1 talk about 1.74 and artifact respawn time changing's and stuff like that !!! sound's PERFECT! to me, so was wondering where i could read about 1.74 "improvement's"
