Cloudsong does get farmed by me while i'm PLing alts and farming scrolls. If it pops he yells on the Alliance asking if anyone needs cloudsong encounter, and go's through quest. Hes also Given away a number of Cloudsong artifacts to people i don't even know just because they needed it.
My Collection of cloudsongs were gained while PLing, there used to be alot more than 8 or 9 but friends of ours got them when they dinged 50 as a present.
