I just got rid of the assasins in the warehouse, I think I've got to use the boxes to jump upto to the higher level.

And it is impossible the box i'm trying to jump to, is too high.

How do I do it ?

may sound stupid but have you been using the duck jump, I was about halfway through the game before I realised that pressing duck after you've jumped gets you onto higher boxes.
