ANyone got any ideas on how to incorporate the new armsman epic armour and champion weapon (1hand) into a decent rvr template?

what items i will need to get hold off, and try to keep away from arties as much as possible.

Trying to incorporate the whole suite would be impossible.

Personally i'd recomend just using the legs and maybe the arms from the epic and the weapon if you want it, get hold of a nice breastplate drop with a good proc and craft the helm, gloves and feet to suite your caps.
