Armsman Pole/Parry Spec

I fancy rolling an Armsman. Is this a valid spec?

50 Polearm
38 Slash
42 Parry

I'm not too bothered about getting slam.

If ur not bothered about slam, its about the only viable spec... well besides speccing for Engage and perhaps Snapshot (X-Bow spec)

Shield-spec makes you in general well-suited for fighting particular classes, particularly people who dont dualwield or wield 2H-weaponry. Parry works wonders against dualwielders.

Yes that is a perfectly good viable spec. You just need to make sure you have another +12 slash to reach 50 spec to stop damage variance and your sorted.

crush or thrust are fine for grouping, thrust will be slightly better here for enemy armour tables.
crush slightly better for solo.

Slash is utterly crap for both.

.......i do agree thou, only problem i find is that in PvE crush is crap as no taunts.


but then again im cr/sh/py spec......
