Arsman, say a HO arms with 15 str in creation. Speccing 50 2h and 39 slash.
What WS would be on aprox?

why would u go 50 2h 39 slash?

Go 50 2h 50 slash (well go crush or thrust cos of mid nd hib dmg tables) , your wepskill is gonna be lower than it can be methinks with only 39.

Sure u got the +11 from items , but afaik over 50, ie 50+11 etc raises wepskill, and as a meleer u want all thewepskill u can get surely, specially as your gonna hit slow so ull want to make sure u hit.

when useing a 2handed weapon your ws goes up by how much str u got and how much 2h skill u got, not your 1h skill(slash, crush, thrust)
the 39 1h skill is for less variance in our dmg (u only need 50composite/51 when rr5+)

For 2H and poles your slash/cruch/thrust makes no differance to your weaponskill, it only decreases your damage variance by raising up your lowest damage potential.

Your 2H/pole spec increases your highest damage potential and weaponskill.


slash/crush/thrust only effects weapon skill if your using a 1 handed weapon of that type.
