ANyone know of any sites that actually explain what sets are available, where to get them and what I need to get them?

Ive been wandering around looking for the Tier 1 set and cant find anything

i got part of a set as a random drop in OB but it wasnt for my class

some of them are the best loot from some PQ's acording to WARDB - Warhammer Online Database
