I sorta want it on PC for when I get a better graphics card but tbh I think the fact that the PS3 is on the HDTV downstairs has probably sold me on that route.

Yeah this PC delay is a disgrace tbh. Good job I'm in no rush to play it. Had it pre-ordered for fucking ages now though. :(

very much so.

And so much more satisfying playing on a 42inch screen.

PS3 and PC both HDMI out to the same big TV here so I'm hoping the wait will pay off nicely. If it doesn't I'll Wij them!

PC version is out now, and after all the wait what do we get? It's broken in DX11 and you should play it in DX9 while they work on a fix.

Astonishingly SHIT work there guys.

...they put it back for DX11, and then released it with it completely fucked anyway. That's idiocy.

That seems quite strange. I would have thought that the Unreal engine would ship with DX11 support out of the box.

Absolutely loved this game. Engaged me more than most other games this year. While the combat is simple it still makes you feel like a proper badass.

Arrived on friday for the PC. Loving it at the moment. Its not as tight as the first one, but due to being a sandbox you have to accept that. Its the first game to tax my PC, but I think it is due to bad coding rather than power of the game. So hopefully a patch will be out soon fixing it. Apart from that niggle (GFWL works fine for me) can't complain.

Glad I waited for PC, even in DX9 the game looks stunning. Far better than any pathetic console version.

The only issue I have with the game is that sometimes it's hard to find what you're looking for on the map, even if you're in exactly the right place...

Usually find that problem if something is underground. After installing the Nvidia Beta drivers, the performance has improved drastically in DX11. Spent 5 minutes walking around a small corridor that had smoke just above the floor. loved watching it move out the way from batman and fill back up, where he once tread. The PhysX stuff is impressive in this game.

the map markers are often an approx area or a building, you have to explore once there - just look for thugs in a group guarding a door.

I can't find one of the bloody Titan containers, wiped out everyone from the area and still no joy. I don't want FAQ yet!

The one in the steel mill? If so, continue the main story.

Yeah, you can't complete the titan containers without continuing the story, you come across them naturally if you pay attention.

Ah ok. Bit odd that they're added to the map when they're inaccessible but that's ok I guess. Getting more into it now. Took me ages to realise that objective markers are pointed by a massive batlight :D

lol :)

It is a very very fun game, do as many of the side missions as you can. Answer a ringing phone if you haven't already!

Does anyone know what the random numbers being read out on a couple of radio frequencies are?

I tried finding them as radio frequencies but no joy.
