i ordered a new sound system for my car last sunday. turns out the subwoofer box was out of stock and should of come in yesterday. turns out now they wont come untill tuesday so i wont get my stuff untill wednesday. that is a bonus though as i will be working untill wednesday and if it was sat at home id be itching to get the fuck out of work and fit it in.

when i buy something i want it 3 days ago. sadly all the cheapest stuff is online :(

on this subject though, anyone fitted an amp in their car? how difficult did you find it feeding the power cable through from the battery?

same here. i seem to have an obsession with leaving on time or doing something on time and hate waiting around for people. it makes me really tense and sometimes pissed off. my dad is shit for this. he takes ages to leave the house. hes gotta run up and down the stairs 5 times cos he keeps forgetting stuff. then worse for me, hes got an OCD with checking things are locked and closed. so im stood there getting tense waiting for him, but he cant leave because he hasnt checked everything the number of times he needs to.

sadly neither of us really appreciate what is going on with the other person so were both wondering WTF.

I am really bad i have spent £30 extra just to buy something in Argos rather than order online and these were just power bricks. Same reason i hate play with the second class delivery i want what i ordered the next day the day after at the latest not in 3 or 4 days. I also leave home 15 minutes earlier than i need to to get to work rather than be late.

Yes, I get angry with online retailers if they don't deliver next day and my wife refuses to go shopping with me because i quite literally barge past the idiot public when they are moving to slow.

I'm not impatient, I'm more "pissy" I like things being on time. Something happened to a friend by 2 days, they had a row with Sony (about a delivery on a phone) and they got given like.. £70 worth of free crap (Headphones, SD card and a case or whatever) because Sony said it would be there they day it was meant to. and it wasn't.

I'm more impulsive than impatient.

I'm happy going around in my own sweet time most of the time, but if I've decided I need something, or want to get somewhere now then have mercy on anyone in my way. I'm especially bad when driving, and especially when stuck behind little old ladies.

I just don't like having my time wasted I guess.

I get really annoyed when i'm walking around town and there are people walking slowly in front of me!! I almost have the urge to hit them round the back of the head. Although normally I just barge past them

I'm very, very patient when it comes to most things, the only exception is people who waste my time for no good reason.

Yeah, I can be quite impatient. Depending on in what circumstances, but if I am out shopping, or waiting for something to be delivered (which I currently am, making me check my mailbox every day, delivery on online site said 2-3 days, then you get nice mail about it being delayed upto 14 days more than those 2-3 days due to summer vacation, just pisses one off!)

Complain - get money back :)

My new computer was delayed 10 days. I got a 50£ discount next time I buy something from them after calling and complaining.

saw a nice shirt I nearly bought today
then decided against it.
now I'm home I really want it, but cant wait until tomorow to buy it and a new suit! Might splash out on the Johnny Truant CD as well... and now I cant wait to buy that. I'm very impatient :E

/agree with the whole waiting around for people thing as well. Back at uni when we went out with a large group of girls, they were always fucking late and me and a couple of mates just fucked off to the pub.

Well, as they are the only dealers of the product in Europe and can't find any place else with international shipping, I decided to take on the wait... should get here early next week unless it gets even more delayed than what they said.

I'm more impulsive.

im very very impulsive. everything ive ever bought is on impulse. i think i want something, i simply buy it. i dont buy much which is probably a good thing. but if i want to buy/do something i will no matter what.

im going to a theme park this week on an impulse. im fucking shit scared of roller coasters but i know im going to go on them and get over my fear. im pretty sure when i go on them i have a mild panick attack but im guessing you can train the body to accept things.

I feel like a swan in a pond of ducks :p

Im very patient and forgiving of people beeing slow, late, stupid or whatever and im very far from impulsive... I calculate and think things over both two and three times before doing stuff (when its possible)...

Yeah im impatient as hell.

I hate standing at the bar when the pub is packed, and only seeing 2 fucking bar staff. Now that gets on my tits.

The thing that gets me is that apart from dire emergencies, there are NO excuses whatsoever for being late. A guy that works where my girlfriend works always without fail turns up 10 mins late every day. He threatened to quit if he got a disciplinary, because he gets the bus to work. FUCK OFF! get the fucking earlier bus if you know your late on that one you knob.
If you know you have to be ready for 8, dont fucking use the "i had to straighten my hair" excuse or some shit, do it fucking earlier.

impatient? nah, decisive and whatever yes if i want something i know what i want and i get it i dont tend to sit about thinking about it for days on end.

i do get really riled up when people/things don't arrive on time or when a shop doesn't provide the service they should (and i dont mean polish my boots and give me oral sex while i wait i just mean efficient and polite).

Slightly impatient with a side ordering of indecisiveness with an extremily mild touch of ocd.

I'm not impatient, far from, and I generally come in late, be it at work, or at an appointment. It's not uncommon to find me 15 minutes past due time. Also, don't get upset or something when other people turn up late. I just really don't care. There are worse things in the world to get pissed about.
Also don't mind things being delivered a day late orso, even if I ordered them online and really looking forward to having 'em. If it hasn't been delivered the next day, I'll probably call or mail them, asking for the reason of it being delayed, but probably not pissed about it untill it's a week late orso.

Time is not an issue with me.
I get bloody upset about dishonesty and betrayal though, and frustrated trying to teach people that just aren't paying attention. (got 3 interns working under my command.... no, they're male.)

Far from impatient, can wait for hours, no rush, try to be on time myself though and usually am early if anything.

Life's too short to rush things :D
