I'd have thought that a Euro Release date before 2004 would be a bit ambitious but maybe GOA has something up its sleeves.

Look at the words used to indicate which system requirements are most important - they are *exactly* Sanya's words on the subject.

Also, whoever wrote that faq can write in English, while no one at GOA is anywhere near fluent (as evidenced by the stilted english of the weekly news and the comedy english of the GOA quests and events).

It's more likely than not this is a Mythic document pasted in and no-one noticed the release date was in it because the person responsible turned out not to speak the language.
