then they re-re-rechanged the procs again during this week
i got an event wep myself i'll find out soon enuff

from the start they where 1 min and 50% then GOA made up a story about the magic fading and made them 15 secs 25%.
Then the patch game and goa was forced to change ehm to their original version first otherwise they couldn't be implemented again. After that went ok they did infact change them to what they wanted them to be and thus 15 secs and 25% debuff.
And now i checked and it seems they are back to 1min and 50% again, which is odd tbh
