Saw the stats isnt correct on the link i posted, but the looks are the same.

stats on the one i got is:

25 Str
24 Dex
24 Con
2 Stealth
2 All melee skillz

2% melee speed

130Heal

consiederign that everyone prefers arti vests (because they are really better than any drop could be), most vests excluding ml10 ones migth worth not more than 20p.. i guess the price of this one is 10-20p but taking into consideration +stealth (wasted utility for zerks and savages), and that GoV is better for tank, it's not that good to pay 20p. I would say it price below, but im not an expert. I wouldn;t ahve payed more than 12p but must agree its cool looking.
