Arcane Siphon cap

I have both JS and Traldors. JS has 10% Arcane Siphon and Traldors 5%. Was wondering, whats the cap on Arcane Siphon? No cap or 10% like most others?

It procs quite a lot for me and I love it

Think its the same as Melee damage, speed etc

I think its 25% - but you can only get 15% maximum afaik.

(there's loads of 'fague' bonusses who dont cap at 10%, incl. buffing, healing, power, duration)

25% cap seems most realistic to me.
