hello need some advice for a friend of mine.
He has developed an app which is about to be bought by company.
What you should know:
The market for this app is not big however the Idea and metodologi behind it can be replicated and be of use in many countries
The app will not be sold stand alone but will be bundled with other material
He developed this in his own time so there are no in costs.
So far I've advised that he should retain the rights to the idea but be willing to sign a non-competitive clause in Sweden. Additionally any additions required should be carried out by him. Is he has only covered the basic level, intimidate and advanced are yet to be written.
The big question is what should he charge? Currently I've advised him to use an hourly rate...
