Anyone thiking of switching to Hib/Pryd?

I play Hib/Pryd and we've been kicking around the idea of trying to attract some people by making the transition less painful.

I was wondering if there are any people playing Alb/Pryd who would like to come to our realm but can't face the leveling and ToA. Our ideas are not firm yet, but it would be something along the lines of creating a 2-3fg sign up (depending on interest), making sure we get a good balance of classes, then run them together up to level 50, ML5 (initially - higher later), and get each person a few key artefacts.

Sorry to the people happily playing Alb/Pryd. Hope this post isn't out of order, but we need some people

I just got me a new account for like 2 weeks ago, and was really thinking of starting up in hib/pryd. But I really couldn't face the aweful 1-50 grind again. So if you're ok with people joining from Level 1, I'd love to join. I can of course start up a char and lvl it a bit first if you get enough people, to make this work.

Its a nice idea, but imo it wont work xE

People will get bored of PL'ing, helping others and not benefiting from it themselves, and most will regret moving.

Thats my opinion atleast, initiative is very nice tho.

I am expecting some to try and then head back, but I'm hopeful that our realm has enough to offer that some will like it and stay. If nothign else, being part of a big group of people exploring a new realm and making new friends might be exciting to some.
