DOB? If you mean Amadan Dubh? He can be found where he should be, he spawns at night, right where he should. Around 60k 10k between basar and DL.

He is talking about the named savage fishing bear that drops a piercing wpn. seen him once near raven wraiths next to siabra city, didnt get anything tho, must have been to low level.
