The website I found this through detailed prices in DM, I was wondering how much it costs per euro per day and also how much deposit is required. Also is it a smoking or non-smoking residence?

Have you thought this through?

I could understand if you had the contract ready and you just wanted it translated properly to make sure there wasn't any hidden clauses in it that could mean you were liable to pay lots of extra cash. But that letter is just the beginning, if you get this translated you will need to get every other piece of correspondence translated. Would it not be best to see if they understand English first? Or if they don't translating it yourself will at least mean they know they are dealing with someone who doesn't speak German fluently.

The chances are you are going to have to deal with these people by yourself especially given its a stag party something will get broken or go wrong. Getting somebody else to translate something now may seem easy now but probably won't solve your problem.

A small note: DM is no valid currency in Germany anymore.. since 2001 (iirc). If the prices are really listed in DM, then it´s either a *very* outdated website, or the webmaster is a lazy muppet.

/edit: corresponding with them in german will only come back and bite you in the arse if they end up talking to you face to face later. as they would obviously believe that you speak and understand it.
