Absolutely, getting sky-high pings a minute after I log in, packet loss kicks in and then LD. Done it four times now.

ive had serious lag spikes, 10 sec freezes and LDs last few days. RvR is unplayable and so is pve... and im on a stable 10mbit connection. Goa should contact their ISP.

Same here. I have a brand new PC, I'm on a decent adsl, and I get constant freezing. I don't rvr till they fix that thing.

GOA are deliberately making the servers laggy in the build up to the launch of NF.
Then, when it does go live, we'll all say 'Wow, NF is so much less laggy!'
