Theres a mk1 fiesta being given away near me, no tax or mot but apparently it passed its last mot.

I gave my old one away about a year ago to a fella with an 8 year old who is mad about Minis. I should probably see if they got her going again.

Bear in mind a mini with an mot now is about a grand or so in the worst condition.

That's quite a cool idea for recycling - I'll get the Mrs to sign up on that (as she has more time to kill during the days and power of veto over anything not being hoarded in our loft! )

Was a long shot posting here anyway - been scoping some out on ebay though and looks like we may grab one that way. Cheers fellas!
