Anyone a Telecomms Engineer

Ok, just been looking through a couple of BT Logs for a problem we were having the other week.

What would be a DD Jump? Apprently, the engineer needed to perform a DD Jump in order to log onto our router. From what I can tell he did this from a router 1 hop back from our place. Any ideas?

DD = Direct Dial?

Not sure, it's a cisco 1700 series router.
