i have installed registretet everything, and i have just downloaded the patch (800 ish mb) but when i press play it says :

This Application has failed to start because d3dx9_34.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem

what exatly dos that mean ?? i did re-enter the game and that didnt help
