dueling is against the CoC. if it wasnt then whats stopping me from logging on my heretic on a different computer and farming him over and over and over again with a different toon. You know it would take me along time to get to rr10 but i wouldnt have to work at it much.

Hmm, define what a duel is then?
Is a 1v1 encounter a duel?
Is it a duel if u kill the same person over and over again, just b/c he goes back to try and kill you?
Is it a duel if u use a 3rd party software/hardware to communicate with x players and ask them to come back after u killed 'em? And if this is by ur defenition duelling, how will you ever prove that above occured?

Imo it seems you got supspended for texture bug abuse, if not its kinda obvious u have been punished for something they have no proof of that u been doing.

And the diffrence between duelling and actually milking rps from one of ur own toons on a diff servers is so huge, its silly to compare it with eachother.

Yep I reported it, I told Xalin to investigate it. Im sure a level 50 warden has uber duels with a GREEN-CON minstrel, also 'by accident' in the middle of the ocean.

Or perhaps you're trying to hide something and therefore are hiding in the middle of the ocean? My guess is you know damn well its against the rules, so you go somewhere where the chance to 'get caught' is the smallest. You gambled, and lost.

Xalin investigated it, saw you did something against the rules, and suspended the account, then you see this to get sympathy from the audience.

Perhaps he was just bored of discussing with you and he considered it was better to just terminate the discussion because nor he nor you would give in to eachother.

With clustering many many ppl use their chars on diferent servers to earn rps.

But for abusers, yes, please ban them, but yet speak to them and give them a chance to explain.

Don't forget, bans take account of previous "record". For all you know, this guy might have had a 3 or 7 day ban previously for something else. I wouldn't believe what he says.

The day his Bainshee died to my Sorc he reported me too for x-realming cause Trollum and me didn't attack each other while making a run for the same Hib tower.

The funny stuff about it is that Gamah and Puppet sit on IRC daily, like dozens of others. Might as well ban them too, for using 3rd party communication tools while playing the game and while you are at it, bust the dudes from the greystone Vent server as well.

Every day in this server the most part of guilds who have pk grp ask to the others guilds for fight in especially places like hib loop or toa, so they must be banned too?
