Word on the VN board was that they have /follow but not /stick.

Not sure though.

There is indeed a "/follow" command. It simply, follows, the target. :)

unless they changed it ?
you auto-face your target when your fighting, so if someone wants to bunny hop around you, you will still hit them.

its alot harder to bunny hop about too due to the collision detection. So they will end up just looking like idiots.

Also IIRC when you bunny hop it resets your swing timer.

Talking about bunnyhopping in WAR, you do move faster when doing it (tested it with some people) and you move quite a bit faster once you know how to do it.
Don't know if this is a feature or just a way to make pre-kiting easier but it sure does help alot gaining on someone that's on a mount in the distance running away from you :)

Yes. Tho I am not 100% sure how it works. I know you can right click on a mate and chose assist. Sadly, even tho Im in the beta, thats all I know.

At the moment you do at least have assist functions on keybinds (that you can alter). For example: F2 targets your first partymember (because F1 is you...), shift+F2 assists your first partymember, and ctrl+F2 targets your first partymembers _friendly_ target, I think it is called "aid".
