Any information on subscriptions

Can anyone from GOA please be so kind and share an ETA some more detailed information, on when you will be fixing the bug that you can have paid for a renewal of your subscription but are not able to access the game.

A reply would be highly appreciated.

its the weekend and goa never work then. The customer support in ireland might but the ones that make the oh so important calls probably are drinkin wine and watchin bad french football right now.

I was planning on doing a re-sub today...but now maybe not.

things are working ok for me, either everyone is fine or they are working there way through the subs... GOA will work weekends if it means losing revenue. Someones probably working on the rest of the accounts now.
