I'm pac heavy healer with PoMed.
So, no MCL, no Raging Power.
Havent decided tho whats better, get MoB, or save for MoC.

you really should contemplate switching to 44 pac 30 mend in 1.62, in which case you want the poweractives. and even if you dont have spread heal(which I think is completely superior any other pacspec) you still need AT least mcl, I would recommend mcl2 and raging power over mob any day.
