Doubt it, ppl in hib aint that rvr active. Sure they gather some ppls and zerg or whatever. Still not enough to do a relic raid. Btw, hibs DID a relic raid on albs a while ago lead by Jokke i think.
Which was pretty much pwned cus of their low amount of ppl, think 120+ was on the raid. Still they got further than the mids p

Doubt any can really bring down a good alb zerg, with their 1xxx numbers.

Dno why you wrote this pandemic, perhaps cus of your own personal gaining? That mids possibly can get relics easier? God.

1) we do not want magic relics cause in merlin tower it is soooo slow to respond in a RR..means that even IF we take magic relics hibs with 150 ppl tops can take them back...not all but one each time
2)same goes to hibs
3) and noone can beat the alb zerg @ a primetime RR...and cause herbal took them all @ prime hour it is lame to any other realm take them at morning-alarm clock raid...not impossible though for sure

albs r reluctant to have a go at the pow relics cos:

a) our uber guard population drops if we get more relics
b) the alb pow relic keep is about 100m from hpk hadrians
c) the alb pow relic keep is about 1000miles from anywhere ppl bind
d) the alb pow relic keep is the only relic keep that isnt on a hill making it harder to enter & defend once u _do_ get there
e) why dont u mids take the pow relics...? +20% healing on 3 healers and a shammy...
f) there is no conspiracy

If the Hibernians pulled off a successful raid against Albion to retrieve their strength relic they would get much kudos! It would also deeply embarrass the Mid’s as they have higher numbers and haven’t pulled it off! (Ardamels raid; pinching 7 keeps was as close as Mid got.)

Why Albion has not done one of it’s huge 300 man 1 AM ( non prime time ) log off raids against a smaller populated realm is beyond me, I did actually think Albion had no decency what so ever! Perhaps I am wrong?
Either the Albs are busy working out some cunning tactic to beat the Hibernian firepower or they are busy thinking up some lame excuse to vindicate their use of the lame login tactic yet again, who knows?

I often see on /as the Albion numbers that attack Dun Crauchon and I am frequently astounded, many times the Albion Keep zerg is about the same size as an Average Hibernian Relic Raid!!!

Excalibur has followed the poor example of the US servers, keep takes and relic raids have fallen by the wayside, only DC is fought over to give access to DF. DAoC on Excalibur has now become nothing more than an 8 v 8 CounterStrike server playing cs_emain_macha or perhaps 3 v 3 cs_stealth_wars.

It would be nice to see one decent Relic Raid (from any realm) on Excalibur before the new frontiers come in to place, perhaps in frontiers we will get a Relic reset.

Is there anyone on Excalibur who could pull off a perfect raid, I don't think so

relic raids on usa servers AFAIK (and from expericnece) are ALWAYS at 4-8am in the morning ninja raids. and no i dont mean just the realms i play on . all the chars i got all the realms hib/mid+alb ALL do allarm clock raids.

The relic raiding is a bit hard to complete on primetime i guess...if possible, then mids can strike hard on their str keep...but im afraid we get overrun before we get inside :-/
Albs have a huge population, which makes it easier? to make some quick defence.

Pulling off a huge grp to take powerrelics in hib frontier would likely be impossible? Too much action, so i doubt we will get to relic keep uncovered.
I agree it would be fun to see a relic raid, but im afraid most people give up or don't want to...since they prolly know they are getting farmed.

I actually doubt we will see any middie action on relics in a long time...maybe when Frontiers come out, or when ToA arrives with...well..maybe insta kill items or wtf it brings along with those stupid artifacts.

So the less people online the more guards they are, the more people online the less guards they are. So alarm clock raids would encounter a much great guard defense to compensate for the lack of players online. But prime time raids would have more responsibility on the players to defend.

Its by no means a perfect solution, but its simple and would help to a degree.

But how many guards is comparable to a certain ammount of players online? It's almost impossible to balance that

or am I wrong here?

If so they albs prolly zerg from castle sauvage towarts the relickeep but atleast you won't have like 300 albs inside the keep from start... might be some fital minuts...

I agree Relic raids are fun, but if getting all 6 relics meant we lost them all a week later i would rather not bother

Its sad. Going defend relics and watch your realm working together is the best thing in game. With alarm clock raids you wake up with no relics or wake up to attack an empty realm
