Hello been a while...

*nods to Meg, Wazz/Woomie, TdC, Ch3t, Vae... everyone who's still about* WHERE'S SOMEGUY!? Still not back, no?

I'm sorta here again; but with intent.

I've been working on and launched wireWAX ( wireWAX : world first user-generated clickable video player ), a taggable/clickable video tool and I'm looking for people to BETA test it out a bit. And feedback on the labs part of the site.

Recently opened up the BETA to public and rather than getting solely Dave from Marketing to have a look through their lunch break I'd like to get some techy persuasion on the whole affair.

Anyone with a minute.

When you pause the player, the highlight boxes should pulse, or do something, so that people know they can click it. It took me a minute to figure out what to do, I was clicking the name tags.

Using current firefox

The player should pause when you rewind it, its far to easy for a tag to "woosh" by (try the lilly allen - 22 vid for an example) only for you to move it back and for it to woosh by again.

The Play / Pause mouse icon should be in effect all the time, its not immediately obvious that you can just click to play pause to begin with because it stays as the standard doze pointer icon until you click.

The boxes appear in weird places sometimes, in the skater boy nike vid, if you pause the first shot of his shoes (the key product) the nike boxes appear outside the video window (underlapped). It's as if they're not completely aware of the size of the video box.

Nonamescript addon hates your site and had to be disabled (not massive but its a popular fox addon)

Oh and preload -> start button -> additional preload, whilst I understand the logic (I mean all the videos work no bother) the "youtube generation" will probably get annoyed by this

Oh and when it does pause for a shit connection it just stops, its not immediately apparent that its paused or the connection is fucked or if its going to do something about it.
