any aug/mend shaman out there?

My shaman is spec'd aug/mend and I have to say he's fecking ace. I know RvR with him will probably be about as exciting as watching Poon talk about his nail clipping collection but I think for XPing and usefulness PvE it's a nice mix

Just I always hear people going high cave/aug, if you dont intend to RvR why bother with cave magic at all?

I lvled my shammy to 40 using a fairly mend/aug spec (well ok, i had 22 cave for the AE root, but thats it i swear )

When i got to 40 i decided i'd go 46/28/4 CAM, call me crazy but i don't think i could handle having too high mend healing classes

My shaman spec is going to be 43/32 (from memory so might be wrong. I want very high mending simply because it helps me solo PVE with my hunter and I've always liked healing people.

Personally I think friggs are underrated by many people

my Shammie bot is
26 Mend (grp rgen, nice heal)
37 Aug (end regen 4, CAPPED str/con, dex/qui buffs, some resists)
29 Cave (dmg add, dmg shield, AOE dot/disease)

there is no point in getting aug higher then 37-38, u can get 1-2 lvls of Mastery of Arcane and buff for 75, that is hard cap

Didnt know about a hard cap... Sounds like a good plan to get MOA instead of speccing 47 aug that was my plan.

But I like the permasprint endurance buff at 42 though so that stays
