any advise for good free tutorials?

Im looking to brush up on my MS excel and access skills...sorry skillz0rz!! I did a basic IT course for college and what I know is velly basic indeed so was wondering if any of you could recommend me a good program/on line tutorial I can work from please?

i just want to do a basic tutorial (hopefully one that has the option to get more advanced as you learn) to learn the basics of the programs, if its from scratch then thats great because i cant really recall much about the classes, kind f an Excel/Access for dummies.

See if you can get a night course for ECDL, it teaches all the office stuff and its pisseasy to follow through

Don't have any link but I remember from back when I took an Database course that Microsoft supplies very good tutorials ranging from basic to advanced. And they do it via the office net I think.
