i dont have an answerphone anymore and i kind of need one now. instead of buying one however i thought i might as well get a program for my laptop which is on my bed by my phone line most of the time.

i found a few and tried one but it didnt seem to like my modem.

does anyone use answerphone software on their pc? can anyone recommend a program?

my dad uses talking caller ID, you'll have to google it as i know jack about it

seems to work OK though
