Another question, sorry :D

For some reason sound doesn't work in mIRC or MSN anymore. mIRC doesn't beep when it usually does (on queries, notices, dcc etc) and MSN beeps the internal speaker instead... I've looked for some settings to change, and can't find anything. Changed a couple in mIRC to no avail.

Anyone know what might be up?

emptying the recycle bin and a new email makes my internal speaker beep.. dunno why

all of these happen to me, and they used to use my speakers :/

Make sure that you havent turned of windows sounds.

Windows still makes sounds when I minimize/maximize etc :/

you may have inadvertantly turned off some of the sounds. This happened to me only last week. I just got a click from the internal speaker whenever someone logged in on msn. Setting default sound scheme solved it
