he has some kind of magic eye beam which follows you around and if you dont move he locks on and one shots you.

is that from the hib epic dungeon or one of the others?

ive read that apocalipse (boss in elb epic dungeon) eats dragons for breakfast, and his 4 horsemen which you have to defeat first are of legion difficulty
