Met a necro in thid yesterday, PA, ded necro, was a bit dissappointed really

That doesn't suck in the least bit, either, I would say. Animist abilities all seem to point more towards defending something... good or bad, hard to tell yet, I guess...
Im sure both classes will find their place, would still like to see groups have 10 player slots though.

well what ever animists are like in RvR (i havent sceen yet iv only just made my first alt in hib) they rule as PvE plvlers. i got 1-10 yesterday (theat may not sound that great to you guys but to me thats incredible) i was a valewalker with a bard and an animist and the xp was unbeliveable as good as pbaoe id say. they do look like they might be limeted in RvR though but i can see them makeing great defenders.

He did'nt have a pet up then , which was stupid ,or you would'nt have touched him .

Aye, but animists turrets take an age to cast, and take quite a lot of mana. Plus they are ground targeted, so u have to stop, target, cast before anything happens, by which time yer lucky to be alive still, or at least uninterrupted in general rvr, and pets cannae move.
