Angry for no reason?

Anyone else ever get really pissed off for no reason? Or do I need help :< Was thinking about taking out my anger with boxing but not sure.

gotta find things that just make you happy.. for some its football or for me its my g/f.

but yea angry for no reason isnt all that great. but its better for being depressed for no reason =(

im like that alot of the time also:p very angry person
i usually listen to music, go bench or go stretch/bend :p

just find something that keeps you busy/not bored. do something with a friend or three. lack of a good hug or cuddling can make u angry as well :)
go for a walk.
or u can do pretty much anything, just do it with someone. :)

I dont think you'd be human if you didn't get the ump every now an again

sure you could take out the anger by hitting things but isnt that working around the problem?

try to find out what exactly makes you 'angry', maybe you are not happy with your life the way things are now?

boxing is good for takeing out anger IF your just doing it as a piss about :)

I occasionally get angry for no reason, but I have excuses being a girly ;)

I think everyone is a bit prone to mood swings though, where one minute you're chirpy, the next minute you're pissed off with everything and then you get really depressed etc. If you can work out whats making you feel this way, then you're on to a winner tbh.

Boxing is probably a good way of relieving stress, although it has to be done properly - you can't just want to beat someone up because you're having a crappy day. Try any kind of excercise tbh. When I'm pissed off and moody, I don't particularly want to talk to anyone, so I'll just go to the gym and do a really strenuous workout - it gets the serotonin going and makes you feel better :)
