For some reason I quite like the look of this. I know the guy's using CM9, but not sure how's he's done his screen. Combination of perfectly scaled wallpaper + Desktop Visualiser ?

I've got Circle Launcher installed. Pretty sure its not that. My best guess would be Desktop Visualiser.

Found full instructions for it...but requires Nova Launcher which itself requires ICS
