I personally dont think so, because someone IS controlling ur char, even tho its not u - but no-one is aware of this. Its open to debate i suppose.

I commend u tho, for an excellent use of a sibling.

it isnt sharing account INFO, as he is the one logging in. Besides GOA having no real problems with family sharing accounts (like they can stop it in the same house anyway).
He was the one logging in and there was someone at the screen while doing actions, so I dont think this is actually against the CoC.

I thought the COC states the owner is the person the account is registered to. Therefore technically as said above it is against the COC coz the registered person isn't using the account. or whatever wording is correct.

But hey ho, i knew ppl couldn't resist it
