HAd a great night last night. Drinks for gf's sisters birthday followed by a nice quiet meal with gf then off home for some sleep.

Went to bed early as I was shattered and not been sleeping too well.

great, was asleep by 12:30. Peachy.

Got woken by my mobile, was very confused, throught it was the alarm going off and couldn't work out why it was dark.

Heart racing i answered the phone, it was fucking work with a network/server access problem.

so i'm now sitting here, pissed off, close to tears, hungover, heart racing due to the shock of being dragged from deep sleep shaking and knowing i have to be up in 4 hours to go to work.

This really isn't worth it.

And this is only 2 days into our 24/7 working in the office.

what's even better I was in the office before 8:30 today having not been able to go to sleep.

COupled with the fact my internet was down most of the night which sucked so i had to play freecell and windows pinball to keep myself occupied as I couldn't watch telly as i might have woken my flatmates.

I'm sooo tired, I can't stop shaking, that's 10 hours sleep in the last 3 nights now.

Having stayed up for 4 days straight, I see where you're coming from. Take your manager, slap them, and make them aware of the problem. If not, paint it in 50 foot lettering (or suitable size) on the side of the building. Might get some attention then.

feel fine now, went home at one and slept for 7 hours and got 6 hours sleep last night.

Feel like a new person.

Phone was on silent all night although they have been told under no circumstances to phone out of hours until they sort out proper procedures/on call rota/lots of wonga for me!
