Did it after ive informed all i could about rr, so QQ more imo-_- The only thing i admit is that it was a mistake posting it on such channel as daoc.pryd.
P.S. Btw did u become hib lately or sumfing? Always thought its those who actually organize rrs(in the given case its hibs) that are supposed to post such threads tbh.

first message done before RR giving info that u cant get by other ways.(spying prolly,which isnt allowed coz u ruin prepartion work of other ppl)
this one is done while RR is already going,hibs killing relic guards etc,by mid ,calling other mids to help.Or its not allowed to tell about RR in as ?or calling a daoc friend who plays yours realm too and telling him to go help with relic defence?or yelling about relic raid in svasud?
in what way this could have actually spoiled RR ,or does it have any connections to spying(ie letting enemy know about preparation job your realmm8s do and then by time they arrive to relic they are met by 100~ enemy inside)

I dont have to be in a difirent realm to think what you did was sad, and yeah there is a difirence but still, you make it almost impossible for a realm to relic raid any other realm by doing these things

Saying in #daoc.prydwen was rr was an incrediably dumb thing to do imo. I mean, its even in the sig, "no rr blabbing".
Weather its wrong or right to do it, dunno, dont care.

A good RR is performed in 20mins max ,from the first kill of relic guard ,otherwise mids have enuff time to suicide in 5 mins,get to vinsaul in 7mins and travel with a mighty force and drop everyenemy on relic in rest time
If hibs had a clue how RRs are done,or knew how to use rams on doors this RR would be succesful,but when they managed to do 0 damage to all 3 doors in >15minutes,but build outside RK like 6 catapults for some reasons -shall i say more.
every rr i took part in and which was lucky(were some) were made only coz it took like 10mins or so to get relics from keep ,since the moment enemy have known about relic raid,and if someone would say about relic guards being killed on irc by that time that just wouldnt change nething.
A message done by that guy before RR gave albs like 1hour to get their asses in relic and wait for incoming force.Making RR just imposs to be any lucky.Or even camp mmg in hadri with huge zerg.
This message cause what?mids from irc insta login inside gralla coz they always logoff there since everyday there are relic raids on us ??
No they login at their usual places like emain,svasud, SI or smth, get ticket to vindsaul ,go to relic ,actually doing the same all mids who hear about RR in game by tells,as info ,yells and gc messages about guards killed.(i myself tryed to inform as much of 106 50 level guys online as poss)

Yes Qth, hibs are so slow they dont know how to do any relics raids. Have no idea what a ram is, and couldnt even find the front doars to the relic keep eaither. We even thought the relic raid would be more sucsfull the longer it took.

Hmm normaly im for public flogging of peopel RR blabbering on irc..but ..he aint no spy , he noticed the attack in his own realm on his own relic keep, and then informed as many of his fellow realm mates as he could .. This in my eye's is not the same as if the person had a char on hib , noticed that they would do a RR against mid's in 30 min , and then went to blabber it on irc..big diff there if u ask me...sure I for one would be a happy troll if irc was removed by the hands of Odin right now..but I guesses that aint gonna happen..so we just have to ask peopel to think twice before they spill there guts on irc...and if some peopel dont get it.. well make our best to ban them...

Truth be told, there was a large force of us Middies taking keeps in Alb-land at the time, we had a constant feed from our frontier as to what was going on. The moment it started to look like a relic raid we started sending groups home to defend. IRC or not... you would have faced a very large force.

If the call to arms goes up after the RR has started then i fail to see the problem..
Or should all Phones be counted as illegal and Instant messenger too.
And verbal communication to Family/flatmates/other people in Cybercafe etc etc?
Spys should be hung drawn and quatered, but someone calling mates to help, that is your own fault for being spotted....

I can verify Spug's comment... We were in Albion causing the Albs all sorts of grief, successfully defending keeps when we wanted to, etc... we were getting more and more reports from guilds saying "invasion force in our frontier!".
And soon as the situation in the Midgard frontier had been assessed we simply suicided on Excal. Groups were already sorted out, the attack CG switched to the defense CG and the Hibs were history.
I don't think in this particular instance the IRC message would have made much of a difference. I see both sides arguments here... personally I don't use IRC... and I don't plan to either... seems to cause more problems than it solves.
It's nice to see Relic Raids whatever the realm... and grats to Hib for organising a Prime Time raid... who knows, the Mids in Albion might have pulled off something similar if the Hibs hadn't interupted our fun in Albion!

also just a small question,,,,,, but how was there a defense force at bled when we are 3fgs arrived to take it......
just seemed strange that the first thing i saw at bled when it was scouted was at least a fg of mids there defending already.

Two reasons spring to mind...
first is Midgard tends to have scouts out at all hours, we defend our realm. its what we do. you were probably spotted at the MG's. People log in keeps.
second, Bled is a merchant keep... its easy to train your crafting skills there, and has the benefit of being on hand to repel treehuggers

There is no chance that they were in odins to RvR or that they were nearby doing an epic or at bled to buy rams/catys for the raid that was underway in albion frontier. No No they were spies Its not like it was primetime and mids actually wander around thier own frontiers or anything
Do you seriously think that the mids knew about the hib RR and yet were in albion doing the same??

I hate to be the one to say this, but unfortuately idiots on IRC are a factor to take into consideration now when organsing RR's... 99% of the time it cant be avoided, but misinformation can help a lot... arrange a raid, give the wrong time to people, ask them to be there an hour in advance and leave early...
lots of ways to combat it, but it's always lurking there...

well we got whiped before in odins and when we were on our way back we heard there was a keeptake force around bled so we descided to go to bled to check.and BaF had some ppl logged in there i reckon.
