2 things I notice just by looking quickly,

Why have you got Slash and Thrust in the template? Second you can afford to loose the +env if you want. Just get a pair of crafted boots and gloves and swep em out whenever u apply poison

yes i have a +8 eve item but with this template my eve just turned out higher than before.

the belt doesnt have 2%melee dmg that can be used in rvr

the ring doesnt have the 2%style dmg

so its really

10%style
9%speed
6%melee

which is quite poor for a template thats using 2 set weapons imo. Maybe use croc tooth offhand, would bring that up to 10%speed 10%style 8%dmg then.

As someone else said, then +6env is a waste, that +3env bracer is poor uv once u take the env out. Could probably swap that for something better quite easily.

I personally wouldn't use a template that didn't have ring of dances in it either :E
