Sharing the bow? Sorry bu that the worst idea ever. Have to say I agree with Drema, Ligth and Landshark. I would work in a perfect world but not in DaoC.

I think what you have to realise is that THERE IS NO FAIR WAY OF SPLITING LOOT. This is true when you are in a group of 2 and even more true in a group of 200+ ppl.

Mallus goes out of his way just to do something to address this, which I think shows great leadership, but he cant please all.

ooh, and just so I seem objective:
- I dont have a scout
- I was not on the hunt
- I am not guilded

Tbh, I couldn't give a shit who it goes to ... I can't use it.

Obviously it going to someone deserving would be good, but whos that? The guy with the most friends? The guy with the most gold? The guy with the most RP? The guy that hit 50 first?

In the end it's up to Mallus who it (and the other items) goes to, let him decide (Tbh, I wouldn't want his job 'cause someones always gonna be a prat about who gets what).

Bah, my crafted bows already hit for over 1K - my cap is 1004, i suspect Eldric's is some 1024.

There was a good point in a previous post:
Let scouts decide amongst themselves which level 45+ scouts should have the bow.
Same goes for the wizzie stuff: make a cg and get it sorted.

Of course its utopia to think that anymore than 2-3 albs in same cg could ever agree on anything
