I don't get this. You created this thread and in a sad attempt to cover it up you are saying that I was impersonating you, why would I do that? The thread starter has the same avatar, signature and location as you so I see no reason why it isn't you.

As much as I would like to stop the pathetic impersonators, there is no way I could get a court of law under them. An internet persona is not the real person and thus if someone is "impersonating" you it can never be seen as fraud. Therefore, unfortunatly, nothing will ever come of it.

Internet is no safe haven for identity theft. You have attempted this and will be sued accordingly. I've put the gears into motion already, and from what i heard, this is quite an open/shut case.

Folks, there is no privacy with respect to your IP address. When you connect to any web site, your IP address given to that site so that it knows where to send the data back. It's that simple. If your IP address wasn't included, the web server wouldn't know how to get you the web pages you want to look at.

Although the identity of Old:Tohtori is not even nearly as exact as your name, thus it cannot be an Identity theft.

Which none of these are known, atleast by me anyway. I didn't even make the thread - so I don't see what your point is Of course, looking at someone's IP adress is the foundations of hacking and thus can be seen as an attempt to hack aswell.

The person's attempt to impersonate your account is not accurate and poorly improvised. If that person somehow got onto your VERY account and impersonated you then yes, that would be fraud. However, the person who started the thread wasn't acting as you - because it was easy to distinguish from the real old.Tohtori. The name is different, as is the reputation and title, etc etc.

If you had a basic understanding of these things then maybe you wouldn't have wasted your time
