Saw this thread and was going to post that they should stick him in the ring with a South American, preferably a Mexican, and watch him get knocked the fuck out!!!

Good boxer but i think as his promoter said after the fight, he has a lot to learn. Very young fighter and he is very very talented but needs a good kicking - as the Columbian has given him - to polish him up.

He hasnt got a jaw. Even a run of the mill straight jab from prescott wobbled him a little. He will go nowhere. Many people compare him to Naseem. Naseem had a mouth but he could back it up.

Naz was a fucking joy to watch when he was coming up, as he trained properly and he could really punch way above his weight. Shame he let the hype get to him.

Watched one fight where the bell went for the first round and he just steamed out of his corner and knocked the guy out in like 10 seconds or so was funny as fuck.

See this is a bit of a myth about Naseem, that he believed the hype. DOnt forget, he was 35-0 when he fought a true great in Barrera, losing on points and never ducked anyone. In reality, he was good, but was never going to beat Barrera :)

As far as i can see not many people dislike Hamilton. People dislike Amir Khan because he thought when he won a SILVER meddle in an AMATEUR tournament and suddenly thinks he could fight anyone in the world. First guy he fights who isnt a land mine victim he got shat on. As for Murray, i love tennis and playing it but i find it hard to like him because he has no charisma, he is a counter hitter which is sort of a negative style that it is hard to get behind and generally comes across as miserable little turd who makes it clear that he doesnt like English people very much.

Khan I can understand and Murrey for his comments on England and footy but Hamilton! Must admit totally shocked at that one. He's proved he can run with the best in his sport and you have to respect that. Never even heard anyone slag him off.

I find Murray hilarious. He's so deadpan. Good performance last night though.

I only hate hamilton cos of his style and the some of the manuovers he does and doesn't get anything for it whereas other drivers would get a penalty. So it was nice to see him get the 25 second penalty after the belgium gp. But I still think he's a fcking awesome driver though, just don't like the way he goes about it.

What was wrong with his manouvere at Spa? Nothing. He took the sensible route and cut the corner so he didnt smash in Kimi, then let him overtake.

Why has he been punished?

Is it a co-incidence that they're not allowed to appeal?

It's Ferrari that get preferentile treatment, not Hamilton.

Naz was a monster, he used to train with guys far bigger then himself to build up that big knockout punch of his and i personally think that had he been in a better frame of mind for that fight with Barrera he would have washed the floor with him.

However, i cannot agree with you any more as Barrera was trully a great fighter just a shame he was like Naz a midget!! Both great fighters who have entertained and that is after all what we watch boxing for. To quote a a fucking awesome movie......

Sorry, this made me almost piss myself lauging.
Even the ferrari supporters spouting crap today haven't come up with anything quite as ludicrous as this statement.

Khan has a glass jaw, its been proven many times.

Khan just thought he was a great boxer, even though his previous fights were against sub-par opponents.

I'm english and watch formula 1 on itv... that's enough to send anyone around the twist apart from patriots. Seriously, the 'lewis hamilton show' has attributed as much of my hatred towards him, along with the general publics bias as his actions themselves because it really really gets on my tits how as soon as any potential english talent crops up they're overhyped, overtalked about and generally considered by the blind majority to be the best ever in their field. I mean really, how many times have Raikonnen/Alonso from last year equaling and beating Hamilton been compared to Senna? lol!

I try to look as an impartial viewer at f1 but it all started to hack away at me by the end of last season especially. Lewis (and his dad...lol, seriously) blaming the fact that he lost the championship because of the problems in the last race, a fault which didn't even end his race. The fact is, he lost it from the 6 or 7 other races where he cocked about not understanding preservation of tyres, constantly locking them up in bad conditions and generally racing badly. Don't forget that he still has yet to have a single mechanical failure in his time in f1 compared to say Kimi or Massa who both have been plagued with disasters over the course of the last two years but still won last year and are hanging on this year.

As for the actual incident, it's not about giving the place back, it's about not gaining the advantage through going off the track. The corner beforehand he was far off from kimi, outbraked himself and ended up being squeezed by kimi as a result, running wide. He then gave back the place on the straight but still carried on right behind him giving him absolutely no room and then taking him on the next corner. There is no way he would have been able to be in that situation for that corner had he not of cut the previous one. Simply put, he had the better car at the end of the race and was going to overtake, he just rushed it and did it at a stupid place. He should know that, even if he's trying to fabricate news that everyonelse is against him, why fuel the fire?

What's even funnier is the mclaren fans who as soon as they see hamilton do anything wrong say 'ooh it's going to be the ferrari brigade out again' in some attempt to justify crap moves on their behalf.

To put it into perspective, I not long ago looked at the 'FIA HATE LEWIS HAMILTON' facebook group to see what they're saying and they're saying it's blatently a ferrari conspiracy because of hamiltons previous problems. What did they come up with? Saying he shouldn't have been penalised for going into the back of Raikonnen in canada IN THE PITS while in the same breath saying Massa, who only went alongside someone in the pit and didn't cause a dangerous, stupid crash should have had his lead stripped. Then the 5 place grid drop with Heikki where they both blatently stopped other drivers laps (come on, I mean everyone who's been stupid enough to do this has been penalised), and then the other drive through penalty for doing the same thing cutting a corner and not giving back the place...I mean seriously, how many times does he need to be told?

He's had a mechanically perfect car, on par with ferrari or being better for most of the season but he just keeps on making stupid mistakes. Nobody in the english press drummed on about how blatently idiotic his pit lane incident was yet Massa in the rain at silverstone with a car which is known for being appauling in the wet (they have problems getting up temperatures when conditions change to the wet because of the smooth style of racing), he was slated to high hell and back and even now, following these sets of double overtaking manoevres(sp?) I've seen in the not so distant past races, some of the bets overtakes I've ever seen in f1, he's still being mauled by the english press.

It's biased crap presenting and I'm glad they're all, apart from Brundel, losing their jobs next year when f1 moves to bbc. Maybe then we can start to see a level of mediation which is required for my (sure I'm not alone in this) sanity.

Sorry for being off topic, relate what I've just said to Tim Henman, Jenson Button, Amir Khan, well, basically any potentially good english sportsmen/women, it's all the same shit in the media and general public...
