They should'nt as i only sold the game boxes! not the "accounts" per say as they are still owned by Mythic/GOA, which is not against COC.

I would rather that someone else paid GOA to keep the accounts open then just let them die and GOA lose the revenue they would of gained from them.

what is against the coc for mythic and goa are selling the accounts for the rr ect as the items and the charector are propity of them, as for selling the account box's i.e covering the costs of the expantions ect the way the coc is worded and the way they have to act on it they cannot ban a account for moving hands if the account its self hasnt been sold only the box's and the cost of them as they are yours not the propity of goa/mythic.

i had this discussion long and hard before i quit daoc with 2 of the gm's of the uk cluster.
