there was on i saw and ive tried finding it to no avail

its a bloke thats pissed outta his face and gets arrested... cops handcuff him behind his back...

and he gets itchy balls... he hops on the spot trying itch his nuts with his thights bending over etc etc .. and asks cops to let his handcuffs off so he can scratch his balls .. police REFUSE to let him scratch his own balls.. and blokes goin crazy wanting em itched he even asks the cops to itch them for him.. cops stood there pissing themselves laughing..
