Pre-ordered this long before release from amazon and I got a code today saying



"Please note that the Early Access product has apparently been sold out. The code is likely to only enable the Amazon Curved Bow."


so basicly they've had on their website "Purchase early access here" and when you've bought it they've told you to fuck off.

True - I ordered with them as well - purely because they were at that stage the only one offering pre-order on their website however I also ordered with Game so I can now cancel the amazon one - next time make several pre-orders and see which one gets you what you want?

under these grounds - I was also told on the phone by an amazon customer server rep that i'd definately receive an early access key on the 16th.

Still not the point rynnor, amazon openly admit they were already sold out before I pre-ordered it and that they failed to change notice on the website at the time so it still clearly stated there was keys available.

I got this code 22nd of april for my pre-order CE, downloaded the game a few days back, and now i go make the account and i can't get early access?!

Nowhere the f*ck was i informed i have to "pay right away".

Aye, I think its funcom to blame more than the sites tho because from a mail I got from a funcom GM the websites only provide a code to activate an account (not give early access directly) its funcom u purchase the early access from.

So in short its funcom thats fucked everyone.

Early access purchases were closed around the 15th or so (meaning even if u got a code 2 years ago (impossible but just an example) you'd still not be allowed early access)



Still amuses me tho I got £40 gift voucher out of amazon + a free AoC account lol xD

Royally pissed off too. No mention from the place i ordered, it stated clearly that "with this code, you can load the game 6 days before and play 3 days before(before they mvoed the day up) etc etc". No f*cking mention of the early access being a different thing altogether.
