If you mean the "tree" one its not fake. There was a press photographer flying over with a helicopter off to another place to get some pictures when he saw this after one of the big storms we had here in sweden the last few years.

r.e. the bison skulls thats a real Oo pic, i was watching a programme the other week and they were talking about carrier pigeons being so numerous they would literally block out the sky (this was in the 1800s) people hunted them and thought Hay these guys will never run out, the last one died in a zoo i believe in the early 1900s.
