I need to upgrade my CPU becaus it's 5 - 6 years old now.
Problem is my motherboard.

It CAN run AM3 socket CPU's if i upgrade the bios (just thinking about it freaks me out though), but there is a "warning" that says:
Being incredibly stupid when it comes to system specs i have not a clue what that means. I get that it's bad but how bad is it compared to if i went and bought a proper AM3 socket motherboard?
Trying to cut corners here so i can get as much CPU as possible.

(Note) If you install AMD AM2+ CPU on AM2 motherbord, the system bus speed will downgrade from HT3.0(5200MHz) to HT1.0(2000 MT/s) spec; however, the frequency of AM2+ CPU will not be impacted. Please refer "CPU Support List" for more information.
