am i unlucky or am i doing something wrong?

so far ive got 2 copies of the game and both times the authentication key hasent worked and ive checked to make sure that im putting it in right. Or am i doing something wrong?

Remember that its www.wow-europe.com you have to create an account..
otherwise you should contact Blizzard...

yeh i know i have to create an account thats the bit where the key dosent work :/ the cd wont install either on this one. have to take it back again or summet :/

1. check the web address and make sure it is wow-europe.com and not world of warcraft.com.

2. use lower-case letters even thought the cd-key is in CAPS.

I used caps and it worked out fine. Weird.

Caps is unlikely to be your problem.

This is a long-shot, but it was what happened to me: entered CD Key, was told invalid. Retried and rechecked. Eventually I wondered if the CD Key was printed incorrectly- it was, a character in the Key was printed as an 'F' but in fact it was an 'E' and the bottom of the letter was not printed. Took me a while to figure out that one:/

Assuming this is not your problem, good luck sorting it :/
