There´s a certain pattern in your style of discussion though and it seems to be very hard for you to avoid that pattern. It´s pretty complicated to explain in detail. It usually goes like this:

Someone makes a statement or asks a question. You pick up the statement/question and question the validity of the statement/question by dragging it into a "bigger picture" or by fiddling with the context, kinda like someone who´s poking a needle into a waterfilled ballon just to find out whether or not the balloon is water-tight. And when you finally "found" the hole and see water pouring out, you then proceed to say "ha! see? told ya!"


You also seem to enjoy taking and defending extreme positions. It sometimes comes across as if you´re testing how long you can hold your stance before you have to make concessions, or whether or not you can get away with mangling with the arguments and thereby changing what you have said in the first place. It seems to be an argumentative exercise. Not saying it *is* like, that, it *appears* so.

I like you and enjoy most of your posts, however you seem to view the world through different eyes.

To back this up I should quote examples, however I am lazy lol.

SOmetimes you disagree with the general opinion of most of the members on a subject. You have a valid reason and you can back this up, but it's like you give a short answer to get a reaction from people. They immediately think "oh here we go, he wants to get a reaction". When people ask you why your view is different, you normally provide valid reasons.

It's almost like you're trying to invite us into a trap, but as no one likes to be 'wrong' on a forum, it usually turns out nasty and full of ill-used quotes.

I think hes smart and plays a part really well and he would do a good job on an American debate team. Simple fact about Toht, Fh would be more dull without him.
some find him annoying, some funny, some boring, and some just have him on ignore.
For me though is thats he's no better or worse than most here, and than trolls of christmas past, present or future past.

So sure Toht dosent always realize or rather maybe chooses not to realize when his "lost"
but apparently neither do the lot of you, since you'll gladly keep feeding him, so when it all comes to the nitty gritty,
your obviously getting something out of it too, or the threads wouldnt live the lives they do.

I've said it plenty times before, I for one dont have any issues with toht, and god knows I've had my share of face off's with him,
and had plenty of face palm...desk to head..and you name it.

Most of the posts here are helpful, well, informative at least.

Few things are a bit..umm......but that's expected.

Also a few things assumed, but i take the points where people say "you are" means "it seems", which is ok too.

It's a good thread in regards that i'm the "public enemy number 1" to some people, so, now we know where it's REALLY at.

Mostly taking away from the thread to try and ignore "anti-" posts and keep at the topic. Those posts usually derail threads quite fast.
